Fee: $15 by 31st Oct 2008
Eligibility: Aged 14.5 and below.

Here's how to register
1) Download the registration form from www.mathsoasis.com/amc08/opencatreg08.pdf
2) Walk-in on Sat & Sun between 10am - 4.30pm or
3) Mail the completed registration form to 110 Middle Road #03-03B Chiat Hong Building S(188968), together with a cheque payment of $15 payable to Maths Oasis Pte Ltd.
